Human spinal classification consists of a fundamental bony structure that provides support, stability, and mobility to the body. First, it is composed of 33 vertebrae organized into five regions: cervical, thoracic, lumbar, sacral, and coccygeal. Additionally, each region performs specific functions related to the movement and protection of the nervous system. Therefore, the vertebral column is essential for bodily structure.
